What is the best way to Hit someone and make him in real pain and bad headaches for three weeks?
I don’t want him to faint I just want him to pain.

I am sure he will still go to work and annoy u! even if he is in pain :p
Making it painful is subject to the strength of your slap, & the direction you're aiming at, & of course the direction of the winds. However, if you want him to feel some "emotional pain", do the following:
Stand in front of him, stare at your palm, spit in it, & give it to him as hard as you can. See two birds with one stone, slapping & spitting at the same time :D

I want a better way; you know that kind of pain the aye y3awwer kind, which all kinds of pain killers are useless with.

Go up to him and say:"So that is what u think , thank u very much ,, and i would really appreciate if u dont bring this up again." Leave with shame in ur eyes (like he has just just lost the lil respect u had for him)
The guy will be thinking bat it the whole time, he cant talk to u abt it , he cant talk to anybody abt it ..coz he doesnt knwo what it is ,,, ENJOY.
actually .. ignoring that person would not only hurt him but drive him crazy .. u just need the willpower to continue with the plan of completely ignoring that person for the whole three weeks
