Listen to other views and accept people as they are. Being different may be better than being alike. We are different in minds, personalities and thoughts. Different does not mean opposite it might mean complementation. We are Humans from different back grounds and that what makes the world better. You may be different but I still like you.

I believe that we should learn to be positive and look at the bright side , and learn to accept others , there is nothing identical so even if you were alike you are still different .

Alot of people say that they believe this! But in reality they DON'T!! To say things with no action is EASY!! It is SO easy!! That's why i believe in people who do what they think is positive and believe in it.
Sarpanch; judging people is not that easy as most people think ... what is it that you know to judge someone are you the controller of his mind that knows all of his thinking ways or intentions.

two people went to ibn 3abass may Allah be bleased with him and told him that there is this man he so pious, so knowledables so,, so ,so
he has a lot of people following him,,,yet!!
he says that there is no Qadar( Allah doesnt know things unless they happen)
Ibn 3abass said if this is the case then tell them that ibn 3abass is baree2 from you and what you say
(am not sure wheather its ibn 3ummar or ibn 3abass just listened to it in a dars a few days a go)
basically he disowned them till they return back to the law of Allah
examples like this are many among the salaf
not all times we can accept differences ya TF
yet we can accept many others with no problem:)

أختلف وأحترم من يُرجح آراء فقهية غير آرائي، لكن كيف يُمكن أن أحترم من يتوسل بالاولياء أو حتى من يتوسل بمُحمد صلى الله عليه وسلم؟ كيف أحترم شخص يعبد بقرة؟ أو آخر يسجد لصنم؟

لماذا نريد من الكُفار أن يحبونا؟ هل أحب الكُفار رسول الله والصحابة و آل البيت؟
آذوا الرسول ولم يحبوه، قاتلوا الصحابة ولم يتركوهم يقيموا شعائِر الله، انطقوا عمار بن ياسر كلِمة الكُفر، عذبوا بِلال، تحالفوا ضد الرسول في مدينته، فنصر الله المؤمنين على الاحزاب وهزمهم وحده.
نحسن لهم ونودهم في التعامل في مواضع غير مقاتلتهم لنا بالدين، لكن لانحبهم. لانحب إلا الله ورسوله والمؤمنين، لأن الانسان يُحشر مع من يُحب.
Ghassan; we want them to love us to love our religion ... isn't Islam the religion of peace ... what is peace without love?
If you are a religious person ... you should care about spreading Islam ... And that will not be with you hating non Muslims.
I believe that thoughts like you are pointing here is what made many people understand our religion in a wrong way.

we cant make every one love our deen
our biggest problem is we put faith in the wrong places,,and not in Allah's words
note that we should not have any beleif in our religion before having made sure that there is evidence from sharee3a to support our beleif
ie we see get evidence then we beleive according to that which Allah has decreed

Ok back to the subject ... So what about if you are married to a Jewish or Christian lady (Don't tell me this haram)... You will live with her for the rest of your life and have kids from her and you will still not love her and you will tell your Muslim children not to love their mom; they should hate her ... 9a7?

Oh so you who started to learn about your religion only for months have resources and I who started since first years in school don't have...
Will let me tell you then ... I read the Quraán since I was 5 years old ... I learned reading in a small age ... My mom used to tell us the stories of the Prophets PBU them before going to bed every night ... I read Fe '6elal elquraán when I was 16 ... I read almoso3a elfeqheya and read many books in Islamic history and still doing ... And learned some tafseer back in England ... But I also learned that I have to respect all people no matter what are their religions or backgrounds ... you know why because they live with us in same planet ...

Quraán and Sunnah ... and no Salaf books or sessions.... I like alsheikh Hamza and like to listen to the stories in Tariq Al swaidan tapes and Like Amro Khaled.
And I take my fatwa from Khaled elmathkoor and Ajeel Alnashmi... I know that you disagree with them ...
I believe that I am a good Muslim and trying my best to be better.
And when my father tells that book will do you no good don't read it ... I don't.
